Our payroll services will ensure that salaries are calculated on time, in compliance with legal regulations, and with complete confidentiality:
- We calculate salaries in one of our systems – Pamica, Pohoda, Abra Flexibee, or possibly in the system you use (we have experience with Helios iNUVIO, Helios Nephrite, Premier, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, but we can also learn your system).
- We will ensure the submission of reports and declarations to all relevant authorities.
- We will prepare payment orders for the bank.
- We will provide reports and materials for your accounting department.
- We will prepare payroll entries for accounting purposes.
- Payslips will be sent electronically or printed (including confidential ones).
- Full anonymization: If required, we will ensure payments are made from a special account (payment entries in the accounting system will be consolidated).
Pricing for external payroll processing
The cost ranges from CZK 250 to CZK 400 excluding VAT per employee and includes:
- Employee registrations and deregistrations,
- Issuance of certificates,
- Annual tax reconciliation,
- Payroll tax reporting,
- Updates on legislative changes, optimization opportunities for payroll costs, and other payroll support.
The minimum monthly fee for payroll services is CZK 3,000 excluding VAT.
